---This is one of my status post on face book last night. I made this post in my mobile phone while I was already lying on my bed. I just could not hide the elation I felt because at long last, my weight is now at 51.3kgs. I took my weight in that manual weighing scale (the one with the weights that you move along that bar with lbs and kgs scale); and the digital scale in my cardiologist's clinic, and the reading is the same. Yes too, the result of my PTPA laboratory examination is within my normal range, so my cycle of Coumadin intake is not altered or revised. Although I eat a few leaves of dark green vegetables, I still maintain that intake within limits. That is a long-term goal achieved considering that I lost weight when I was confined last year, March 3, from 52kgs to 45kgs. I gained weight of 6kgs in a year.Slowly, my appetite improved with Conzace multivitamins. My blood pressure is also maintained at 90-100/60mmHg. No cough, no edema, everything is in its normalcy. I am glad my health is good. Aren't you glad that your health is fine as well?

@ridingbet yes with low amount of money, one can still get through. But bad health impacts one's finances as well as the family as well. Great that you overcome some health issues and do strive to remain fit.
