Got the Flu From My Laptop

This post is a warning to all- you could be in danger of picking up a virus from your computer, like I did. It had once of those scams invade my laptop the other day but I did get out of it by closing down my computer. Then my husband googled the problem and followed instructions. It froze my computer with a big warning that everything would be lost. I wasn't too alarmed because I had that happen before about 6 months ago.
Anyway, then, a few days later- I got a virus too of the achy- your hair hurts and your throat hurts variety. I'm going to blame it on that darn computer because before that I felt just fine. But look out everyone- your computer may be out to get you!

Darn thing is starting to fight back LOL! I honestly got rid of the computer virus and then that night got one myself---weird

That's pretty funny, Linda. It's a good thing we can't catch anything from our computers for all the time we spend on them. I hope your husband won't have to read an instruction manual to figure out how to treat your virus. Get better soon.

It was uncanny the way it happened though Marsha- Fixed the computer virus or got rid of it and it went straight for me! ha!

I can't afford to have my laptop to have a virus because I bought it only two years ago. And I don't want to risk having another flu again
