Do you keep a paper journal? / myLot

I've been keeping a journal since I learned to write my thoughts down on paper. Until now, I pour a lot of things into my notebooks. It's my way of processing things and purging whatever needs to be purged. Do you keep a journal?

I am good at starting one but not good at writing everyday or on a regular basis. I started one this year but I misplaced it. It's a great therapy to free our thoughts

That's okay. As long as the journal is there, you'll always have a quiet listener to turn to. :)
