Word meaning the same as but are written differently...let say, like, red, read ( past tense). Hair, heir. I have a blank now. But you might know some.
Anyhow, as I am trying too hard it doesn't come quick. But it is O.K. I mean I don't have the dictionary to help myself. But I do have the Synonym one. I am not trying to cheat. English Being my second language makes me think a little longer to find it.
YOu guys should have an easier time about it.

Hair and heir are pronounced differently.
Hair is pronounced with the h, heir is pronounced air...the h is silent.
I don't think heir is a homonym.

English is probably hard to learn but you're in the right place
Just remember if you want help or want to be corrected with regards to your english you have to let people know as it is against the rules for people to comment about a members skills in english.
I'll give you an example of difficult pronunciations.
There is a town here called Warwick.
Sounds like war-wick but is pronounced worrick
