Last weekend I was busy and was going to keep you updated after a post I had wrote (will share link at the bottom.) So this weekend is busy as well, because last weekend I started to get seeds ready for germinating in the house those seeds that you're suppose to start inside and then transplant outside. Since I can't plant seeds outside of tomatoes or peppers, last year I tried germinating them inside. Then we had to be out of town for more than a week and they didn't survive. So this year, I decided I would experiment!! We got some pepper seeds from Pepper Joes that were free when we ordered some things from them last year. So, I decided to research on how they did it. You soak them in warm water for a 24 hour period. Then you take a baggie, paper towel and your seeds. You dampen the paper towel and put your seeds on the wet paper towel and then fold the paper towel over and put the paper towel with your seeds into the baggie. You close the baggie to about an inch, and leave an inch open. They recommended putting the baggies with the seeds on top of your refrigerator, as the refrigerator top is warm and it will get light. In the Pepper Joe's videos they were talking about then transplanting them into peat pots. We invested in some Seed Starting Cell Greenhouse kits that already have the growing pellets. Those are tomatoes in the greenhouse kit in the picture. With those seeds I just stuck in the pellets. I experimented with putting seeds like the pepper seeds in paper towels and baggies. Of course they were germinating, so today I put them in the pellets.. I've got all those tomato seeds and 2 Brussels sprout seeds, popping up. Now I'll have to wait probably another week to see the germinated seeds pop up in the pellets!! I'm looking forward to having a bigger garden again this year. I enjpy working in the dirt!! ~Peace~ photo is mine
Sorry, I haven't been on lately again, but this weekend has been busy, actually it started Thursday!! It was time to get Pandora her 2nd rabi shot. We were...

I remember doing this for some of the plants I used to have. I used to have my entire front window filled with plants. I even had a Venus Flytrap for a while. I even saw it get a fly one afternoon. I love to watch things grow.
