I was waiting for my nieghbor, who I'd asked to take me to the post office, and he said he'd call me when he was ready to go. So, I had two (or three?) letters ready to go, and put Mom's bills that she wanted to send on the stack, then checked my eBay, and saw that I'd been paid for something, so I wrapped it up. Everything was (I thought) ready to go when I left. Got to the post office -- actually up to the counter -- and realized that I hadn't filled out a custom form thing (the item I sold on eBay was going to Spain). So, did that, got my letters and the package and all sent, and now I need to go and work on another pen pal letter--which is the second going to England. So....yeah. Amazingly, it's not raining right now. I thought that it was this morning, but either it was raining really lightly or I was hearing something else. Hope your day/etc. has been a good one so far !
