I will have a couple spoilers in this post, so watch tonight's episode before reading this post. Its a hard episode for me to watch, as something happened in the episode that has happened in my life.
Now lets discuss what happened William (Ron Cephas Jones) and Randall (Sterling K Brown) went on a road trip to Memphis, as William wanted to show Randall places in Memphis (where he grew up) and (where he performed) met cousins lots of them.
Now the sad part William passed away and many years ago my father passed away in the month of February I'm so sad that Randall didn't have more time with his Dad. It was really hard for me to watch; however, it was one that we knew would happen with William so sick.

I need to catch up on the show. I watched it a lot when it first premiered, then when they switched timeslots I haven't seen it much. It seems like I've been missing a lot.

I understand and manage to get behind when shows change their time slots. This one I was so hooked, as the story lines and the actors are great. Sterling has talked about his real father on the after show and his role on this show. I watched him on Person Of Interest and said at that time I hope to see more of him. He was on 6 episodes.
I like the other actors and its interesting to hear why they were picked for the show. The actress that plays Kate talked about her weight struggles and how people look at her. I understand her character, as spent time up and down the scale. I could talk for a long time about this show, as each actor has talked about their life before the show and their role on the show. I'm so glad to find other people that have watched the show.

@dramagirl26 I will have to take a look at Army Wives haven't seen it. Sounds like I would enjoy it.

@Fishmomma Sterling is a great actor. I remember watching him on Army Wives and it's great to see how he's become a success with This Is Us.
