tonight's dinner -- "Chicken Parmesan"

I made a lazy version of Chicken Parmesan for dinner tonight... I cooked some pasta and heated some sauce, and cooked some breaded chicken tenders in the oven. I served the pasta and sauce alongside the chicken, and put a shaker of Parmesan on the table. That plus a green salad made dinner.

chicken parmesan sounds good to me but i'll be reheating roasted chicken leftover tonight.

You could make spaghetti and put your roasted chicken on top of it!

I do wish I had grabbed some mozzarella from the freezer to put on top, but it still worked.
