Good evening for some reason today feel like Sunday. I will never again go on a family plan.Mike been on the phone for one hour or so. I was on my daughter cell phone as this is a family plan.Worked out well for years.So she moved to South Carolina.Then she got lay off from work and could not pay the cell phone any more.Fine.So we had to go on our own. I have spend time at Verizon store to get my account set up individual. My daughter call customer service so many times to get this straightened out. I was unable to do anything as the account was in her name.Anything to be done have to go through her.This is BS. Finally got the account sort of set up.Then they could not do anything till my daughter pay off her phone.They could not set up the account. they are waiting to hear from her to get this straightend out which she call many times.They try to call her and the phone was off. I will never ever go on anyone family plan.Never. I am not done yet.So I told Mike if they still give us the runaround. I am going to drop it and go somewhere else. This was the worst mistake I made.The things you have to go through with this.

It should not be held against you if you were not the one with the phone bill in the first place unless you had to cosign to get the phone. Many times anymore the way these Cell phone companies work is Crazy. Seems like no one knows what the left hand is doing. Was this the company themselves telling you this, or just a store and if it was the company themselves, did you explain the situation to them?
