Job Update

I started on Monday really learned a lot, as the place wants me to fill in when people are on vacation, sick or on work travel. Its part time, so on days I'm not working will be catching up on Mylot. I did answer lots of telephones and in the interview they had me answer a phone with a difficult customer. Of course, it wasn't really an unhappy customer, but they wanted to see how I would handle hard situations. I thought there was a better way to solve the problem when I arrived home, but turns out what I did in the interview is what they wanted me to do in that situation. I have to think what would I want the company to do, if I was calling and wanted a fast result.

@LadyDuck I was calmer dealing with customers, then seeing people on Mylot posting up one sentence discussions. I have tried helping new people with suggestions, but guess I'm not the best person to steer people on My lot with discussion topics.

@Fishmomma It's not always easy to deal with unhappy customers, the important is not to lose our temper.

Thanks I am so glad to find a position. I'm doing a variety of things at the job. I'm happy with my job.

Thanks and the questions may have been hard for everyone. Some companies want to learn what you will do, if the deadline is sooner, then you were told in the beginning.

Thanks and am glad no more interviews. Its great to pay the bill easily now. Glad to reduce stress and am really happy now.

I like the new job and will be doing many different things. The people are nice. People shouldn't give up that are still looking for a job, as you never know what can happen.
