How many times do you pray?

Honestly there are days that I don't say a prayer. Sometimes I'm lazy to pray. But this week I disciplined myself I try to always pray at least 3 times a day. One in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. I will be committed to prayer time with God starting today and see if things will get better in my life. I don't pray before I eat. I just eat right away. Can you survive in just 1 prayer a day or no prayer at all?

No. Praying is already innate in me. It seems my day is not complete if I haven't done my morning prayer as well as my evening prayer. It's my weapon in going through my day. I also would alway say a brief prayer of thanks before eating. And i pray at anytime of the the day too, that I feel like talking to God.

That's very good. Me sometimes I forget to pray I start with my jobs and other duties right away without talking to God.

We can believe and do not feel the need to pray. I do not make a goal to pray every day, I pray when I feel the need.

I don't say formal prayers until I go to bed at night but I do offer silent informal conversations with God throughout the day

That's nice. I do that too at times some silent informal conversations with God. But I now promise to pray thrice a day

I pray the moment I wake up and just before going to sleep. I am compelled to pray. It's a habit.
