Is spending Too much on the designer clothes really worth it? How often do u buy them n even if u buy them how often do u wear them?

There are people (elite, rich and famous) who would like to have a dress designed exclusively for them and that piece should not be available elsewhere. This kind of possessive insctinct is more common among the celebrities.
