I know many people sue companies for all kinds of reasons and some are really dumb. Now I can understand why texting would be a problem when you can't get the company to stop sending them and you have to pay for each one. Papa John's is a company that sells a lot of pizza and sends a flyer to my house and use to e-mail me so much that I changed the e-mail to one I don't view because the e-mails didn't stop when I sent them an e-mail. Have you ever had a company just keep sending flyers, texts and or e-mails after you told them to stop?

I did unsubscribe and the e-mails finally stopped at my spam e-mail. You would have thought they would have stopped when I ended my membership, but that didn't end them. Its a company would never order from them again.

@Fishmomma maybe try calling them then! The next step is gonna be towards the police station
or they could just be ignored

@jesroash I ignored them, as they were going to my e-mail that I didn't visit often. It was the easiest solution I came up with at the time. If it happened now, I would call the company and tell them to stop.

Blocking the number is a quick solution to a problem.

A credit card company kept calling even though I told them to remove me from their list. I insisted that I be placed in the 'DO NOT CALL' list and threatened them that if they continue calling, I'd sue them.
Can't believe it worked.

Glad it worked and the company isn't a problem anymore.
