Time to celebrate - we're under contract!

It was an anxious two days waiting to find out if the potential buyer agreed to the terms. I now can say officially - We're under contract!
The buyer is going to finance the purchase, so we still have the waiting game of will he or won't he get it? But for now our agent is signing off and making sure that somewhere in the document it states we lowered the commission by 1 percent. Once he does that he'll send us a copy of the signed counter-offer.
The closing is set for mid-April...good, we won't have to pay to have 12 acres mowed!!
I wish I was feeling one hundred percent as this would be a good day to go out to dinner!

@LadyDuck This tooth thing came as a surprise...he said the dentist took an x-ray and stared at it for a long time and finally said - I can't do anything to save this tooth!

I wish I felt like going out and my husband went to dentist for cleaning and he has to see oral surgeon tom. aftn. to have a tooth pulled, so it will be a days before we go out for a nice dinner.
