How much salt do you put in your food?

A food without salt is a tasteless food... And I believe this is fact. But how much salt do you usually put in your food to make it perfect for you?
I'm very conscious regarding the use of salt in my food and use only the necessary, no exaggeration because it's better to avoid possible future problems.
What about you?

We don't even have a salt shaker on the table anymore. That was something that I remember always being on the table when I was a kid. Times have really changed. There's so much that we avoid now in the name of health!!

I never add salt to anything because I don't like it. Some foods are salty enough. Food without salt isn't tasteless. My mother always adds salt to everything (and far too much). So much so that it's all I can taste now that I don't use it in my own cooking. Now I know what foods actually taste like! Some foods are, of course, naturally quite bland but there are far better things with which to season them. I do like to experiment with herbs and spices.

I use very little salt because of my blood pressure issues. I use various other spices in place of salt for flavor. I use to eat a fair amount of salt so it took some getting use to but not I don't even think of using it.

Since I have high blood pressure I have to watch my salt intake very carefully so I don't use much salt at all.

I have cut down my salt in take by 90%.
I used to add more salt to can foods and its already filled with salt.
Now that I home can more I use less and less.

I never put salt on my food. Only time I do is when a recipe requires it, but I never put it on after the food is done

I only use maybe a pinch of salt in cooking if it calls for it. Most food already had enough salt in it as a preservative
