2007 – Mammoth Books – Spoiler alerts The narrator of this grizzly tale of extreme survival takes method acting a step too far. Escaping from the zombies by pretending to be one already is commonly used in zombie movies now, with Sean Of The Dead and the cast of TV’s The Walking Dead resorting to it. The narrator if this unfilmed comic book story goes further in maintaining his act at all times, smearing himself in blood, walking into walls, and shambling round even in close set packs of the undead. Just how far he goes is really shown in the end, when he reveals that he even joins in when they feed on other living humans. Arthur Chappell

@FayeHazel the photo is from a charity event called the zombie walk that has thousands of walkers paying a few pounds each to shuffle through the city centre like slow moving zombies dressed and made up to look the part - it happens on the nearest weekend to Halloween
