I was trying to make an online purchase for my parents right now, but the site never ends the purchase and the page always drops (which leads me to do the whole process again).
This is very annoying, so I tell to my parents that I'll try it again later. However, my wish is not to try again because I think this a lack of respect with the consumers.
Has this ever happened to you?

Oh. How can this happen when they wanna sell... So careless...
I was once trying to book a mobile phone which was in offer, I tried for days, finally I got so annoyed n angry that I left n i got that they just showed a sale to promote their site but they didn't want to sell actually.. It was all their loss
