I'm really tired today after changing the clock an hour forward. Which do you prefer changing the clock one hour backwards or do you like going forward? I think it would help me to move, as Arizona and Hawaii are looking good now, as they don't change the clocks.

I prefer it to be dark at 5p.m. Because here in Texas it gets so hot in the summer and I have a hard time sleeping because the sun shines so bright other than I have problem sleeping anyway the sun being out that long here does me no good and it just seems to get hotter and hotter and I hate the summers here!

@jehernandesrivas ~I frequently suffer from headaches causing me to sometimes be sensitive to light and sound. Get a good thick eye mask, they're great!

I end up taking a nap often in the heat, so moving the clock forward doesn't mean more hours for me to get things done. First light will be out working on the weeds.

The thing I like is the Computer and Cell Phones, tablets automatically change the times for me since I am in WA state. Many times living in AZ where the time never changes would be nice. We had at least 3 items we have had to change the time on today.

My husband changed all the clocks that don't change by themselves while I had a nap. I take a nap during the heat of the day.

@Fishmomma ~I love the extra hour of daylight that Daylight Savings Time provides in the summer months here in the USA. I would love to live in Arizona. Hawaii looks nice, but it's so isolated and limited. I like to go on road trips. I would imagine flying in and out of Hawaii would be expensive.

Hawaii is expensive to fly in and out often. Food can be costly also.

Also Puerto Rico does not change the clocks. This is something I hate, Swiss population wants to vote to stop this ridiculous practice.

I would like to see it end. Agriculture is huge in this state and its done for the farmers, so won't end here. Personally, I think a lot of states should vote to do away with it. I have heard Alaska is trying to get rid of it.

@LadyDuck I agree lived on a farm and didn't like the clock changing in my youth. It made it hard to do the chores, as was so tired every time the clock changed.

@Fishmomma My grandfather had a farm, but also many animals and he hated the change of the clock because the animals do not change their internal clock.

Hey, it is only MOST of Arizona that doesn't change haha not all of it. I think there is a town where half changes and the other half doesn't. I honestly thing the time change is silly and not really needed anymore haha there are people trying to get rid of the time springing forward.
