TEN THINGS I FIND ATTRACTIVE IN A MAN.

The outward appearance attracts at first, but then there are certain attributes needed which may help cement a relationship. For me - here are ten of the things which I find attractive in a man.
(1) He respects his parents.
(2) Has a sense of humor.
(3) He is a good listener.
(4) Doesn't stare at other women when we go out.
(5) He is family oriented and loves home cooking.
(6) A very nice smile.
(7) He is unselfish.
(8) He remembers birthdays and anniversaries.
(9) He is not stingy.
(10) He opens the door for me and pulls out my chair.
What are some of the things that you admire in a man? And for the male readers - what attributes do you find attractive in a woman?

Wow those are all pretty important things. Lets see if I can add to that!
(1) That he is honest
(2) That he respects me and treats me well
(3) That he likes my children and grandchildren and is good to them
(4) That he is adventurous and fun
(5) That he has a good sense of humor but can be serious when he needs to be
(6) That he cooks and does dishes 
(7) That he has a positive attitude and don't complain about everything
(8) That he isn't afraid to say "I love you." It is always nice to hear those word.
(9) That he doesn't cheat or ogle over other women
(10) That he loves animals as much as I do

Frankly, I don't think your requirements are difficult, but the man will be already very perfect to fit all of them I think it is still normal for a man to stare at a pretty girl in the street. It means nothing. He is still yours. People all like looking at beautiful things. If there is a handsome on in the street, I will also glance at him As to remember the birthdays and anniversaries, sometimes men will be forgetful when he is too busy. I will admire a man who likes reading, especially big books

The things I admire in women and look out for - 1/. sensitivity 2/. sense of humour 3/. intelligence 4/. willingness to listen 5/. calmness, 6/. willingness to try new things and go new places 7/. punctuality 8/. appreciation of the arts 9/. values friends and company 10/. being willing to put up with me

I think you have a very nice list and with the exception of number 10 I would be happy with that kind of woman. Of course, there is much more to a relationship than meeting items on a list. There has to be love and they need to get along and be happy being together.

I'm going to be shallow but honest.
There has to be some form of physical attraction...not talking about looks or body shape but something that makes me like her physically.
After that I'd say a decent level of intelligence, loyalty, some agreement on key areas, maybe some shared interests and also I'd not like a judgemental person.
But I don't have to worry about any of that as I plan to stay single as relationships annoy me greatly

@Kandae11 Physical attraction is a fast thing, then you get to know the person and either like or don't like them as a whole.
Sometimes you may not be initially attracted to someone physically but over time and getting to know them you become attracted to them as a person.
Personally I've only experienced the first and not the second.

You're not being shallow, physical attraction would be a part of the mix, but I wanted to put less focus on it (except for the smile bit) because of my own experience. Physical attraction was my main focus and I made a big mistake. I also plan to remain single , since it is hardly likely I'll find anyone with all of the above.
As far as physical attraction goes , it won't matter if he is balding and sports a paunch - as long as he has the mentioned attributes.

Oh nice! I agree with your list. -- As for looks, I like all sorts of looks, and besides looks are either enhanced or diminished by attitude. Some things I like - has good hygiene, smells nice, laid back, not-controlling, sense of humor, .... apparently these things are all hard to find in single, straight men.
