Does anybody use shop & earn programs like Swagbucks & Ebates?

I am just starting to use "shop & earn" programs like Swagbucks & E-bates. I have been getting extra cash for purchases that I normally buy. I am going to save the extra cash for the holidays. Does anybody out there use programs like Swagbucks shop & Earn & Ebates? If so, how much do you earn per month? Do you have any tips or tricks?

I have an account with ebates and did use it for a while but I now stick with swagbucks. I do shop and earn through swagbucks. It is reliable and dependable but it seems that it takes a long time to have the reward go into your account. But it eventually does.
