I made $40 on the side yesterday!

Not here, that would be world record posting for sure! I listed a Food Professor for sale on the Facebook Yard Sale Groups I belong to. It was several years old and not fancy at all. It only had one extra blade. I think it was a practice machine LOL! I bought a fancy one and figured I would ask $40 for the old one and be happy with $30 since it wasn't expensive to begin with. A girl sent me a PM saying she was interested but could not get it until Tuesday morning. She works nights and Tuesday was her first time off. We met at the gas station close to us - she handed me $40 and she got the machine No haggling - I love it! On to the next big sale! I decided to leave this photo sideways since on the side is a theme! Photo is mine - notice I didn't even take the labels off of it!

That's great. Always good to get a few dollars for something you have no further use for.

@AbbyGreenhill My cupboards look positively bare now we're organised for this sale. I just hope even half of it sells.

@AbbyGreenhill Yes that is right! You got a good money back! I listed a few items on Mercari and sold 1 and got $6 bucks for junk I was going toss out anyway. And a purse on Poshmark I got $30 bucks. :) Not too bad.

That is good that you are able to sell stuff on Facebook groups.. I belong to some of them and have stuff sell as well but nothing has really sold yet.
