sad end for mr coyote / myLot

well,they finally captured that coyote that was running around town with a trap on it's leg..i can't believe it took them over a week.. they said his leg by then was so mangled and infected,that euthenasia was the most "humane" approach.

i don't know about that.surely they could have done something. i think they just didn't want to. they still haven't found who put that illegal trap out yet.

I wonder how they'll handle it when a child gets mangled by one of those traps. I hope the idiot who put the trap out gets the same done to him. Traps should be illegal everywhere.

That sucks, I hate to hear stories like that and cannot stand people who do not keep track of their traps. They usually will not spend money on a wild animal if is requires a good deal of care, but also depends who finds it.
