I remember in college I met this guy. We hit it off really well and talked everyday for about 3months straight. After a few dates we decided to take things to the next level. I started sleeping with him and the next thing you know, he has to leave town. By this time I'm completely falling for him so I don't even anticipate what happens next. It was such an inconsiderate move but he up and left for good, changes his number and deletes his facebook page. I was devastated. Why would anyone do such a messed up thing like that to another person?

That's pretty terrible. The only thing that's happened to me is when my girlfriend and I drifted apart and we pretty much had a silent break up. We were still able to contact each other, but something happened and we lost the spark that brought us together. It was still probably the best break up I've ever had, because there were no hurt feelings.

You must've grown apart, that is understandable and still extremely heartbreaking. One is usually still more emotionally involved than the other. I just don't know why I get ghosted. That was just the first time, I've been ghosted 3 times by 3 different people. i wish I had the chance to outgrow someone, Now I feel like they all just leave.

@stacysdeadright Sounds like a bunch of creeps. Unless you do something that makes them run away? You're not a maneater or something, are you? :P

@OneOfMany NO! lol but I fall in love fast and that might make me come off as clingy. But I try to hide it and slow down but it still happens.
