Is This Considered Country Or Folk

I am guessing more folk. This artist definitely slowed down this song. Usually, might be a bad thing, but think Garret Dale hits this out of the park.
I have heard a few covers of this song and most try to stay true to the original with the exception of the Tribute album and now this one.
The vocals are what get me on this. Really sounds like Garret Dale put every ounce of passion into this song he had. That is why this works so slowed down where the original is fairly quick.
Not the quickest punk song you will ever hear, but has the right tempo. Original song is at 3 minutes and 30 seconds, to where this cover is at nearly 5 minutes.
This is something Vegas seems to be doing in order to support their punk scene. To get more musicians of this genre able to make a living. They take punk songs and strip them down to their truest form. Pretty awesome if you ask me. This is one of the latest versions they have shown in an acoustical setting.

I know you like the rocking style. From what I read of what you said anyway. I like the slowed down versions if I know the songs. I like the different takes on them.

The bottle of Jamo behind him is a nice touch.
