I just can't throw it elsewhere

Last night I saw a man throwing trash in a contained dumpsite, but then as I was talking to this person, he locked it. I purposely kept myself awake till late morning while walking over the streets, hoping to throw it there.
I thought it was going to be quiet, but construction vehicles were there and they are so darn busy. Not to mention the soup kiosk was open, making me anxious of people might see throw there.
I hate this situation, and our can here is about to get full. I just don't get it why the Garbage truck won't pick our trash
But later on, I realized mom had our trash given to my brother's maid since their trash will be collected the next day.

Hello @sjvg1976 well, it turns out they're from the municipality and not our village office. there's process going on but I felt desperate because I had two bags.

Maybe segregating them would help reduce the volume ( just suggesting) those that rot would be good for your moringga and plants while the rest could be sold to a junk shop.

It was suggested by the village office years back and i followed, but mom didn't. So, in time I stopped segregating. But these days I segregate bottles and plastics for me to sell @louievill

Hello @jstory07 Nope we don't have to pay for the trash, but sometimes we pay certain individuals whos willing to dump the trash for us here.

a trash left unattended may lead to more flies around, more cats digging up for food, and pollution as well. i hope your waste management program will take into effect once the issue is resolved.

Yeah, I saw this old male cat does it with the paper bag filled with trash @ridingbet but I cleaned it later that.

@Letranknight2015 yes, even the leftover food in the hospital, particularly in medical ward where i handle my students, stray cats roam around and dig in the trash bins and bring out the plastic bags with food. these tomcats are also fierce because when we shoo them away, they show off their big canine teeth and gaze at us with anger.

Turns out, they're processing it because the eco aide on the other side of the road is from the municipality not our village @prinzcy so far the garbage had been dealt with.

At least you have the conscience not to just throw it anywhere. But it's good that at your brother's place the trash are being collected.
Same situation in our place, no regular garbage truck to collect the trash.

It has to be a difficult situation when you can't get you trash removed!
