I got this one one the first page ! Granted, it's not the top row, but first page nonetheless. After spending some time tweaking this one via EtsyRank, (changing keywords and adding a photo and whatever else Etsy Rank said I should change to make my Etsy products more visible) I managed to get this one Bookmark: This is Where I fell asleep on the first page of Etsy search when I searched for "bear lover gift" (first tag). Maybe not the greatest thing, but I'm happy.
