How does Swagbucks shop & earn differ from eBates?

If I have to buy something online I always try to see if that store is part of the Swagbucks shop & earn because if I can get some money back for my purchases I am all for it. If the store is there, I shop in it through Swagbucks, earn my SB points and later redeem for cash. And that's on top of the cash back I already get with my credit card. Lately, I've seen commercials for eBates. Supposedly, if you shop at your favorite retailers through eBates you also earn cash back. I wonder how much you can get back by shopping through them and how they differ from Swagbucks shop & earn. Have any of you shopped through them before? What was your experience like if you have done so? Wondering if there is a benefit to joining them? I don't shop online very often though...

@kasmakarim It's not complicated to use that site. Depends on what you want to do there. And I am sure they have an FAQ section somewhere.

I belong to both - sometimes you can use both at the same time, but that doesn't happen often. Ebates has more stores I think. It depends if you want cash from ebates or point for gift cards from Swagbucks. You can see which one gives you the better deal before you buy. If you don't shop online often, then it really isn't work it.
