Does your mood change constantly?

I don't have this kind of problem. My mood usually is - most of the times - very precise: I'm very good mood and to make me angry and make me change my mood you have to do something very serious (with me or someone that I like very much).
What about your mood? What makes you change it?

I have a few things that upset me but nowadays I am more calmer and take things in my stride. Some issues that upset me I do warn others look I don't like this. But if they don't read what I write or hear what I say then I try politely to draw their attention to rationality behind it and I do it a couple of times. They don't accept no for no then I give it because I realize they are being shrewd.

Good question. Usually I'm mildly depressed. I have a tendency to get really stressed or even more down based on outside stressors - one particular relative seems to buzz me up

I think it depends really. For me, my mood don't usually shift that easily but there are circumstances or external factors that would change my mood from happy to mad, as an example. I guess, the saying "totally ruined my day" is an applicable statement on certain days.
However, I try to change that attitude and see the effect of that mood change.

No, I usually keep the same mood all the time. If I stub my toe it might change to pain for awhile with being mad at myself, but that's about it.

I am usually a happy go lucky person until someone gets on my nerves. That does not happen often but it can if the timing is right.
