Black Cofee or Cofee with Cream?

I drink both. But I noticed that with empty stomach, when I drink cofee with cream...i'll have a slight diarrhea..whereas...empty stomach with black coffee works fine to me. Which do you prefer?

I like mine either black or with a splash of milk not cream.

Never tried putting milk in my coffee..always cream

I have coffee with 2% milk or half/half cream. Trying to get used to black coffee but having a hard time.

I prefer black coffee. However, I tend to put cream randomly.

I mostly drink it black. But if my stomach is empty I put cream or milk in it. Black coffee on an empty stomach will make me feel ill. Our stomachs are opposite.

My coffee has to have cream.. unless it's a flavor coffee then I can do without but I have to have sugar in it.
