I watch Shark Tank on CNBC and wanted to talk about a new show on the channel. Its an eye opening show, as one people think its alright to have others do everything and you can go on vacation. This happened during a house flip on The Deed Chicago where Sean Conlon is a real estate mogul that came to the United States in 1990 from Ireland. Sean Conlon loans money to help finish house flips and episode 1 woman went on vacation and she lost a lot of money trusting the wrong people to get the job done. In episode 2 man bought wrong house and the house is in bad shape. I'm certain there will be no house flipping in my future, but have learned quite a bit watching the show including some communication skills. My tips for everyone is to be on time and get the job done on time. House flips can make money, but need to be organized and everyone needs to know what needs to be done and who is going to do the job. Anyone else going to watch The Deed Chicago?

Its a new show and many of the tips he gave were things many are aware; however, might not realize the impact of changes to their behavior. Episode 2 the owners were yelling at each other and just not being effective at their business.
