I think it's just an internet connection lag. It happens to me before. When I submitted a response or a comment, the small circle just kept turning so I thought it did not get posted. I then posted it again, and when I came back later it had been posted twice. I usually delete my own duplicate post as soon as I notice it. But as the discussion owner, you can delete the duplicate responses or comments on your post as well.

Yes I do as it is happening to me. Sometimes I catch it and delete one of them but I don't think I catch them all. I saw one other person having the same problems. I reported it once maybe I will again the next time I see it.

I did notice one of my comments appeared twice but I thought it must have been me. I deleted one. I've only had it happen the once though.
