Tonight's dinner is anything leftover from yesterday's Easter dinner. There is plenty to choose from even after sending some of it home with our fellow foodies.
We had an abundance of food so it stands to reason that we would have a good amount of leftovers. Yeah! I don't have to cook for the next couple of days.
So, tonight on the menu will be: ham, scalloped potatoes, macaroni and cheese, carrots, green beans, deviled eggs, and some fresh cut fruit and vegetables.
So, how was your Easter?

Sure is and it's the great equalizer on what we spent

@JohnRoberts leftovers for some reason always seem to taste good the next day.

@louievill true, with what we spend on food it's nice to know we can get true value.

Leftovers brings out the creativity in us to those who know how to cook, same with Christmas and New Year leftovers

My Easter was great! Two movies, roast leg of lamb, my sons, my oldest friend and her son, and a puzzle, and to finish off the night, I finished my book. Great day! I'll be eating leg of lamb for a few days as well. I finished off the potatoes and asparagus this morning for breakfast. Had a slice of lamb for lunch and thinking about making the dessert I couldn't get to yesterday. We'll see.

Can I come over? I bought a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store this morning...no muss, no fuss.

We'll be having leftovers tonight too. Similar to you we're having ham, mac & cheese and whatever else we can scrounge up

Even though it's just the 4 of us, I made a big dinner too. We're doing leftovers tonight and probably tomorrow too. We have turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and bread. Our Easter was pretty good, but since my 2 year old feels better today, he'll probably enjoy dinner tonight more than he did yesterday.
