When I had my internship in Special Education (SPED) school, I was able to learn how to create an art with the use of hands. I tried to catch up with the special children in cross-stitching. I was fascinated to these special children (mental retardation, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, etc) on how they wanted to have this project. You can’t imagine how they tried their ability in cross-stitching.
I choose Mona Lisa pattern and was able to finish it while having my internship in that school. Now, Mona Lisa is totally mine and hanging on the wall of the living room. I wanted to try doing it again. But it wasn’t the right time. I had learned the proper way of doing it. I am not frustrated in doing my own art anymore.

@TiarasOceanView The picture is my masterpiece, my friend. It is a product of cross-stitching by my bear hands.

there are many male artists like John Estrada, who actually did cross-stitching. i was more into crocheting. besides, if i prick my fingers, clotting will take a longer time for me.

It is easy but tedious. I had so many of it in high school as a project but come to think of it... I think some of them were never returned from me. Oh no!

That's really good. The specially aided children are more enthusiastic than us.
