Having a tooth pulled?

I have dentures, so obviously I've had my teeth pulled. In the beginning I had the deadening shot. I can't spell novavaine. That hurt terrible. Next time I had nitrous oxide and the shot. I didn't mind the shot or pulling at all. In fact, the dentist asked ' are you still in there?' I affirmed that I was and chuckled a little bit. Finally I went to the hospital and had the remaining 14 teeth removed under general anesthesia. I woke up with my teeth in to keep the swelling down. However, I couldn't stand the pressure of my gums swelling into my dentures. Pixabay image

It was terrible. I pulled out the dentures because they were stuck in there from the swelling.

It went OK after taking out the dentures while I healed. I had to eat soft and blended.

It was, but not so bad after removing the dentures. That dentist was wrong in leaving the dentures in.
