I have two big book cases full of books that I plan to read. I've been going through them more, and putting more effort in reading nowadays. I keep non fiction books related to my work, study and projects. I also keep books that I like to read again. I have gone through a bit of fiction books. These books, once I've read them, I donate most to charity or I send it over to my relatives in the Philippines who also love to read. I take photos of the books I send so it won't duplicate what they have already. Do you keep a lot of books? do you like reading? if so, what genres do you like?

Yes, we keep a lot of books, I would never donate history or reference books, dictionary, cooking books. I do not like to get rid of the novels either, because after years it happened that I had pleasure to read a book I had already read in the past. You view things in a different way aging.

Yes, we do. There were books that I read when I was young and I liked them. I read one again but I didn't find them interesting at all. I like the classics and some poetry.

@vickyrose Recently I read a book called The Dog Crusoe. I had read it when I was around 12 I think. I enjoyed the book so much that I memorized the whole opening paragraph. I still remember it to this day. When I re-read it I was disappointed. It was more about killing buffalo than anything else. I wondered why I enjoyed it in the first place. It must have been only because of the clever dog hero.

I love reading. I always have. I do tend to read more fiction, but I do also enjoy reading non-fiction.

In my younger days, I loved fiction. Nowadays, I prefer real stories and non fiction books about anything.

I used to keep a lot of books, but since moving to this apartment, I stopped buying books. I just cannot take the hassle of packing, unpacking all the books, and find space for them in the bookshelf. Anyway I can get the books from the library. I find that when there is a due date, I will read the books. I like Lee Child's books too. The lifestyle of Jack Reacher is unique, but I can never live like that.

Lee Child is definitely one of my favorite authors! With his books, I just can't put them down! I am currently reading "City of Fallen Angels" which is part of a fantasy series that I really love.

I have a ton of books that I'm trying to get through. I enjoy reading any type of book as long as the story sounds good.

I was listening to some chat on the TV this morning about how many people read books. They decided that lots of people lied about how many books they had read, obviously you are not like that - a genuine reader. I don't read much anymore and am the poorer for it. The last book I read was Ann of Green Gables and I found it so boring I did not finish it....
