Aching bones and tummy.

I think that this has to do with a virus. No fever bur I ache from head to toe. I was going to a reading of one of my writer friends and couldn´t make it. I have been drinking water, broth and lemon tes all day. Will I get better? This is a hi and bye for today, dear lotters. Even my fingers ache
