Nearing the home stretch to getting published

Two months ago, my fellow friends, I've shared to you the good news concerning an agent giving me a partial R&R (revise and resubmit) for Venom. As I'm nearing the two-month mark, I hope to send it out to her real soon and pray for a miracle she would say yes and give me an offer on the table. Then the rest would follow on having my own editor and be published. I can go back to my backlist of titles that needs to be finishing writing and/or editing in the years to come. Right now, I'm waiting to hear from my beta on chapters 3 and 4 tweaks and her suggestions for chapters 5-6. After I work on chapter 7 this week with any new crits for my online crit, I'll send it to her this weekend and work for her comments in an expedite fashion. Then I'll send it out to her by mid-week next week at the latest, if not by next Friday. Although I still have my two full R&Rs to work on for Venom, I'll continue to do so with my online crit list and hopefully my beta, until I hear otherwise from her. I hope to have good news to share with you next week and later this month about my seven-year journey to publication will come to an end with an agent, a publishing contract, and an editor to boot.
