Where the hell she got the money?

I went for my cycling treadmill but I felt uncomfortable after ten minutes so I decided to have a walk today even though it's near afternoon.
When I got home dressed myself, I was shocked mom settled a huge amount to settle the debt we owe in the hardware store.
It was so large that I couldn't help asking about it but she wouldn't tell. I don't know why she wouldn't tell me, I mean it's not big deal.
I shouldn't be bothered but I was shocked somehow she was able to settle it so big.
No wonder she gets to go to the fast food every morning after her early morning walk with her friends.

Hello @MGjhaud that's exactly what she did. I know it's not my place, but come on I'm a resident of the house, I should at least be known about settling taxes and stuff. Which I think it's very important to know.

my mother is like that, too. when she has money coming, she will say she's going to the bank, but for sure she will drop by the mall or the supermarket and buy her kutkutin (food to nibble on) or buy ice cream.

Hello @hereandthere I don't mind about the money though I just want to keep track of the expenses. I'm just not sure about her being secretive about it lately.
