“You look like an angel, but there is something in you.” I am sure you have a different reaction to this statement. This statement was said by my former boss in Tajikistan. I wasn’t surprised by what she said because we are having an issue that time.
“What’s my reaction?”
I told her, “I do look like an angel, but I have the devil inside me.”
“What would be your reaction?”

@Iam_jauntyjen I think she got my message at that time. In fact, she begged me to continue volunteering in Tajikistan. But then, it boils out to stop working with them and there is no regret for disconnecting with them.

I would say "at least I still look like an angel unlike other people I come face to face with who like the devil himself "
