I've been so down lately. The reason? I failed the NTT training. I wanted the job so badly so I took it aggressively and with much confidence, I lose it. I worked hard to get the job but sadly. Out of 13 candidates, they only need 5. Yes, 5 only.
They even want us to submit all the requirements before proceeding to the next level when in fact they only need 5 people to work with them. How cruel.
This is what I hated the most. I expect so much from this, I even studied all the lessons they gave us. I even got a perfect score. The reason behind it is that I mispronounced the word "restaurant". I don't have issues with my grammar which is I am very lucky. Thanks to Grammarly. But then the reality hits me.
I know in time I will get over this feelings. I only need time.
Have you experienced the same situation?

I so believe in this. Don't force to take, the more it will go away.If it weren't for you, another window will open for you.

@Shavkat
We don't have NTT2, after NTT1 we have our Demo then onboarding after. We didn't have the chance to have NTT2. I don't know with the trainer. So far as I know, because I have 5 friends who are working there. They said, some of them didn't pass NTT1 but they pass NTT2 which is the final before Demo. In our case, we don't have NTT2. NTT1 then Demo, the last one is Onboarding.

well it happened , to me few times, when i was most confident that i will get that particular job, i was never called
.. so the result losing confidence, feeling depressed, and what not. But everything will be good after a while once we come out of that frustration. Something good is reserved for you Don't loose hope.

I have experienced this many times. But I took it as a challenge. I have been attending scheduled interviews left and right 3 years ago. And yes, I failed but it served as my inspirations to do better on my next interviews. You'll get by, I know how you feel.

I am so sorry to know what happenef.
It is said that when one door closes, another door will be opened and that is with greater opportunity. Don' t give up, keep going.
You can get over that feeling if you want to.
How? Accept what happened and then, forget it

Take it as an opportunity to brush up whatever. There is always a positive side to anything. You have to look for it.

was mispronouncing the word restaurant the only thing that excluded you from the job? would they prefer the British, or the American accent in saying the word? hmm, that is vague.
you will have more jobs in tow, my friend.
