Do you ever feel stuck?

I feel like I have been stuck for a while, i'm watching people improve their lives or do big changes and i feel like im not. I'm not where I thought i would be at 22 and sometimes it just gets hard to think about. I feel like even when i try something is in the way like my anxiety or depression or other people and sometimes its hard to not feel like just a burden instead

Couldn't you just take small baby steps...One day at a time. Go for a walk, take a few deep breathes, meet up with a person whose advice you respect. Don't bother about not arriving...It's the journey that is important. You take care

People who do big changes in their life also experienced stagnancy.. but they chose to ignore it and move on.. It's ok to feel this way.. it happens with everyone but never let it stop you from doing things.. don't let the brain and people control you.. take control of things and make it happen..

I totally understand the feeling. I've felt like that since becoming disabled and it can be quite a bad feeling. I try to focus on that not all definitions of success are the same, for me it means to simply be happy.

It's definitely a bad feeling but that's a good point. Maybe if i change the way i define my success compared to others it will help. Thank you

Don't think about others. This discourages ppl totally. The best way is to shoot at the target.

I know I've said this before, but take it one day at a time. You'll get to where you want/need to be, but do it at your own pace, and don't compare yourself to others because our stories are all different. I'm here if you ever need to talk.
