I drink tea the most because it does give me energy, but it also allows me to fall asleep when I need to. The teas i drink: green, black, and white, all have health benefits also.

Oh yes I would not know what to do without my coffee it wakes me up and makes me feel so good inside especially in the winter weather it warms my inside and I am able to cope more with my daily work.

No i dont drink coffee. I dont like the taste of it but my hubby drinks a lot of coffee in a day.
