Have you ever bought any paintings?

Paintings are beautiful, are interesting and are a great way to express art. But for some reason they don't draw my attention to the point of making me buy some.
Not to mention the fact most of the paintings are extremely expensive (and I really don't understand the reasons for that prices
).

Yes they are expensive. I would love to have a painting in my wall. I just have a cross stitch

Artwork is something I visit in a museum. Far less expensive.

I only see paintings at the art galleries or other person's houses when I visit. Paintings are really too expensive, and I also wonder why.
