I just want to take a good break, off of the deadlines that I need to meet, off of all the stress and anxiety that my job has to offer. I just wanna have a good long break away from all of the things that make me feel miserable. Away from people that make me feel bad. Have you ever felt so exhausted in life? Share to me your stories and also your suggestions on how to deal with it, it would be very helpful as I need help right now :(

We all feel like this sometimes. But stay calm and try to relax. Start counting your blessings. It really helps.

A vacation sounds in order if you can afford it

I am still human that can feel exhaustion and need to relax by traveling. I don't mind if it is near or far places. It is the best getaway to escape from being tired of a busy life.

You should consider yourself very lucky because you have a job, you have money and you are healthy. It is not always a bad day, there will always be tomorrow for a good day. If you need to have a break then apply for a leave and go to places that will earn you a peace of mind. Meditate. It's still up to you.

Yeah I have had a similar experience. I ran away. I went to another country and stayed there for 6 months just to clear my mind off. Having a change of environment, meeting new people, and learning about another culture has really helped me. But you don't really have to go to another country if you don't have the time to. Just take a break, change your routine, find something new to enjoy. Good luck!
