Activity counter reduces

I have noticed it many times. My activity counter get reduced by a few numbers every time I come back to mylot.
Like today I closed mylot when my activity counter was 20650. Now when I came back it was reduced to 20640.
This he happened many times before as well. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before.

Haven't noticed mine. It is not that I don't pay close attention to the counter. I want to focus on getting as many as discussions to read.
