I have been calling my friends. / myLot

This evening I started and finished to make the list of the friends and family I will invite for my birthday. My birthday is still a month away but, as I don´t want any of them to accept another invitation, I called them immediatly. I have to think about what to have for dinner and how to do everything. But the fist thing is to know how many people I´ll have at my house. How do you do for your birthday? Do you dine out? Do you give a party? Other?

I do nothing for my birthday but I am glad that you do Marguicha. My circumstances do not allow it sadly. But if I were near you, I would come help you with your party.

I remember hats and lots of others do too and although we cannot be there in person we send you lots of good wishes. I know its not the same though.

The only Party I have ever had was done for me and a big surprise was by the girls of the Telephone Exchange we had worked in down by a lovely big Park. I never thought that they knew when my Birthday was so I went to someone´s flat and there it all was a big Cake the whole lot. They all got sloshed but I did not as I ate so much otherwise i would have been under the table singing with them.

@marguicha I have a photo someone took of me with the look of surprise on my face as I opened the door of the house. Something to behold. When I went in the next morning to work and said a "Hi" to everyone they put their hands to their ears and said "not so loud" and I realized that they had all got a hangover.
