Almost got my wrist sprained AGAIN

The same one which was hurt not too long ago and this time I can put the whole blame on this little creature called "MOUSE" 
There I was minding my own business once again and was coming out of a room. It suddenly crossed my path and caused me to trip. I quickly braced myself to avoid stepping on him (yeah it was that close).
I used my right hand to brace myself against the wall which took the brunt but thankfully beside a slight jerk (though a little painful) it didn't cause much harm.
I will be good. But it tripped me. 
The nerve!
Whatchoo think? Should I get revenge on it?
