why is soft drink more safe than Alcohol?

We like soft drinks and in a social gathering, we also would like to enjoy the Alcohol. But, it is always good to view the drink chosen to have more calories joules from the health point of view. There are many soft drinks available in the market. Similarly, there are many Alcohol brands available. If we take a soft drink all of them will have more or less the same amount of kilocalories. In that case which one is more useful than others? This does not make any difference. But, it definitely makes some when compared to Alcohol consumption. As soon as we consume a soft drink we experience stomachful and therefore we generally take less on account of the kilocalorie content present in them. We generally tend to eat less as we are sufficiently energized. But, in the case of Alcohol, we consume more and more once we start taking it. Besides this, we also tend to eat more and more as it makes us feel hungry. We reach out for various snacks and we also search for some unhealthy foodstuff. The net result will be a gain in weight at a faster pace. The above simple logic does not favor drinking alcohol compared to soft drinks.

I have also posted on drinking a Soda. In most of the European countries and U.S people prefer a lot of soda. This is not good as it is having CO2 in it.
