OH gosh waiting for a tech to come

So, I get a message from my sattelite company a couple of weeks ago saying my dish needs to be re postioned. I talked about this before on here. They said they would send a tech for free. I was like as long as it is free, I am all for it. So, the scheduled appointment was between 11 and 2. Naturally, I have heard nothing! I called the agency who called the tech who didn't pick up..Here I sit. Maybe I will call back at 2 and try to get the direct number. I guess this is not a priority call so they don't think they need to be accountable. They should at least call and say they are running late or even re schedule. Sigh!

Yes! you know the minute you started to do something else or went on a brief errand they would show up!
