I joined Postloop....now what?

After all the discussion over Postloop in the last week or so I decided to go ahead and join and give it the old college try.
There's just one problem with this, I am so confused about how to actually go about using the website and such.
So my dear friends, if any of you are more familair with Postloop and how it works, and have any tips of the trade. I along with I'm sure other people who are curious about the website would love to hear them.

I looked at the website and read FAQ and how it works and it's like what? You buy points and points are subtracted?
